The Admissibility Of Hearsay Statements Under Part Vi Of The Evidence Act 1977-80 (QLD)
Abstract
Part VI of the Evidence Act contains five sections which operate as exceptions to the rule against hearsay, thus making the statement of a person other than the witness testifying admissible notwithstanding that the statement has no relevance only as original evidence.
