The Development of the Constructive Trust as a Remedy in Australia
Abstract
In the context of a seminar entitled "The Scope for Intervention in Commercial Dealings", discussion of the development of the constructive trust as a remedy in Australia calls for a consideration of the extent to which the imposition of a constructive trust is capable of amounting to an intervention in commercial transactions.
